LOCAL COLOUR: NATURAL DYEING

This workshop is for people who are interested in exploring using plants to naturally dye wool – it is aimed at those starting out.

By the end of the day you will have learnt to dye skeins of wool using various easy to source plants and extracts, using readily available equipment. There will also be suggestions about how to start a dye garden of your own.

You will take home the wool you have dyed and the skills and knowledge to continue exploring this fascinating hobby at home.
