Kitty Witch Bakehouse workshops at Pitbarn Flower Farm
Kitty Witch Bakehouse was set up by Paula Evenden in 2020. She lovingly bakes for the village of Firle in East Sussex and the surrounding areas using the finest Shipton Mill organic flours and milled grain. She runs baking classes from her bakehouse and seasonal gatherings throughout the year. Paula is passionate about collaborating with others.
Rye & Crackers Class: Rye is lower in gluten and has amazing health benefits and flavour. You will get to mill the Rye grain, understand the benefit of different grades of flour, and add Caraway, Fennel, and toasted seeds before making and shaping this delicious bread. We will then move on to making rye crackers, plain or with parmesan and chilies.
