I love Scandi baking and can’t wait to show you how to make this simple Rye loaf with a hint of Caraway or Fennel. Rye has so many health benefits and is lower in gluten too! We will then move on to making traditional style Cinnamon Buns, filled with a sugary, buttery paste with a blast of cinnamon, finally sprinkled with Parlsocker sugar for that crispy topping!
