DESCRIPTION:Kitty Witch Bakehouse workshops at Pitbarn Flower Farm \n\n\n\nKitty Witch Bakehouse was set up by Paula Evenden in 2020. She lovingly bakes for the village of Firle in East Sussex and the surrounding areas using the finest Shipton Mill organic flours and milled grain. She runs baking classes from her bakehouse and seasonal gatherings throughout the year. Paula is passionate about collaborating with others. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFocaccia & Grissini Class: Beautiful Italian enriched olive oil breads! Learn the art of Italian bread making with the most gorgeous Focaccias & Grissini. Using delicious olive oil\, parmesan\, sundried tomatoes\, and olives\, we will create these lovely bakes\, which are so versatile with so many dishes over the summer months.
